Well folks, that's it. I've nuked all the ratings.
Votes are now tracked by IP so abuse should be harder. And as a bonus I've also added a new feature - thanks to Smong for the idea and starter images. You can submit images at the normal place.
Please let me know if you find any problems with the site.

Negative votes - Dustpuppy2006-04-09
As you may have noticed, someone seems to have gone rampant with the negative voting (check the Stats page to see what I mean).
Unfortunately in my wisdom I don't have any database backups, so unless I can get ahold of one it looks like I'll have to reset all quotes to neutral.
After a chat with Smong, current plan is to make some changes to the voting system and then reset the votes. I guess you can keep submitting but they won't be accepted till after the update.
If anyone has any better ideas (or has a reasonable suggestion for improvements while I'm making changes) drop me a ?message or whatever.
